The Blessings Unlimited Team
Scam

OK, so now you figure out that Passport to Wealth is a

leaders of the Blessings Unlimited Group are all con
artists in your opinion.
So you want to sever all ties with them and count your
losses. Leaving the Blessings Unlimited team is easy, just
delete all your hard earned work and forget them. Cancel your
auto-responder, but first send out a message apologizing to the
people on your list for telling them about Passport To Wealth
and the Blessings Unlimited Team.
We thank God that we did not con other people
into Passport To Wealth before we figured out what it is really
about, we would have felt awful.
Now you have to TRY and cancel your 29.95 dollar recurring
payment to Passport to Wealth itself. Sounds Simple don't it?
Well upon going into our Passport To Wealth back office we were
amazed to find that there was absolutely no way to do so! No
link at all to tell them to cancel the monthly fee.
So we open a support ticket requesting that they cancel our
subscription immediately! and not to charge our credit card
again. Well we never heard from them and don't you know it
Passport to Wealth Charged us again!
Well my friends that is where this story ends for now. We
are going to file complaints with our bank and credit card, and
we are looking into filling charges with the Attorney
General.
UPDATE 9/29/08
Complaint with the Attorney General Has Been Filed.
Filed Complaints with RipOffReport.com
Sent another email to Jeannie Looman asking to refund our
money.
Received a Call from a Terry Looman ( That is what the caller
ID Said ) threatening us with going to the authorities
about this web site calling it extortion.
He was very threatening himself and made my wife very upset and
scared.
I assured my wife it was only a scare tactic on their part.
We called back very politely and called his bluff and he hung
up on us.
Called the County Sheriff's office and made a complaint for
aggravated harassment
UPDATE 9/30/08
Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission
County Sheriff called us back for some more background on this
matter.
NOTE: Future Updates will be posted in our Blog
Some FTC Information I found useful
FTC declarations have stated that if the majority of the
money used to pay the "upliners" is gained primarily from the
purchases of the downliners – not from their retail customers –
the payments are de facto payments for recruiting. In such
cases, the "business opportunity" is not to sell the MLM
products but to recruit others into the "business opportunity"
in an endless chain. Endless chains are considered "inherent
frauds" since they cannot deliver on their promise of income to
any but a few at the top; the vast majority are doomed from the
start to financial losses; and the schemes must use deception
to lure consumers into nearly certain financial losses.
Your Responsibilities
If you decide to become a distributor, you are legally
responsible for the claims you make about the company, its
product and the business opportunities it offers. That applies
even if you're repeating claims you read in a company brochure
or advertising flyer. The Federal Trade Commission advises you
to verify the research behind any claims about a product's
performance before repeating those claims to a potential
customer.
In addition, if you solicit new distributors, you are
responsible for the claims you make about a distributor's
earnings potential. Be sure to represent the opportunity
honestly and avoid making unrealistic promises. If those
promises fall through, remember that you could be held
liable.
